It is so nice looking out of my window on these two beautiful young evergreens. They are going to freshen the air, brighten the view, and warm the heart for many years to come. It is so glorious to plant a tree, a bush, or a flower and watch it grow. It is so fantastic to help give back some life to the world. I watch in joy every year as the Tulips in my front yard bloom and shower their beauty on the world. I delight in being alive as I watch the little tree twig that my daughter and I planted last year burst forth with bright green leaves. I feel so good inside talking to my sweet wife about planting some new flowers in our flower box outside to bring even more beauty and color to this blessed world. It is not just in nature that we can plant some seeds either. We can plant some seeds of hope and joy in our own hearts and watch them grow. We can put down saplings of love everywhere in our lives. We can set up a garden of goodness in our souls. We can create a forest of delight, peace, and happiness for ourselves and for all those around us. There are so many people out there who are in despair thinking that they can't change the world and that they can't change their own lives. It isn't true, though. We can change the world. We can change our lives. All we have to do is choose to do so. We can begin today by planting a few seeds of life and love. Plant them in the soil and plant them in your heart. God will help you nurture them. God will help you water them. God will help you keep the weeds of negativeness from destroying them. God will help you raise them up into towering trees of love, joy, and life. God will help you to change your life and the world around you. Joseph J.
