A Di Da` Pha^t. I only pointed out to you what I had read in a sutra. I have no idea, even to me, what part of a sutra is the "finger", what part the "moon." It seems to me you don't consisder sutras are important at all, even though you quoted Diamond Sutra. Let me remind you that Bodhidharma who said, "A special transmission outside the scripture...," also was a master of Lankavatara Sutra and took it to China. In my opinion, sutras and the masters' teachings give us a basis upon which to buid our practice. |
